The oatmeal raisen cookies are my favorite and because they are the only sweet thing we can have, I really enjoy the cookies and think they help satisfy those craving for sweets. I also love the convenience of the cookies - you can have them with you to eat anytime and anywhere. I've now been on the Cookie Diet for 5 weeks and lost 10 lbs. - not as fast as the first time and not as fast as a lot of others but I'm making progress.

My favorite flavor! I lost 30 lbs. on these 5 years ago and I've used them a week or two at a time to take off a few lbs. if I gained weight. I love the convenience and freedom of the cookie diet.

I lost 55 lbs in 6 months on the Cookie Diet almost 3 years ago. Sice then I gradually gained 20 pounds back. I have been trying to lose that 20 lbs again plus another 20 to get to my goal weight. I have been doing Weight Watchers for about 8 months now and only lost 10 lbs.. I decided to try the Cookie Diet again because it was the only way I was able to lose weight before and happily, very quickly and I'm hoping it will work again for me. I'll let you know my progress.

I successfully lost 100 lbs a couple of years ago thanks to the Dr. Siegal Cookie Diet and the Oatmeal Raisin cookies were my flavor of choice. I put on 30 lbs over the last year slowly but surely. Started my cookie diet again 4 days ago to shed that weight and I'm already down 5 lbs. Best diet plan ever.

What can I say, all of your cookies are awesome, but these oatmeal raisin cookies are good as is or microwaved for 10 - 15 seconds. They are really a treat to look forward to throughout the day while watching my weight.
