All Siegal cookies and shakes are awesome. I like the 10X cinnamon because they are sweeter and you can have more throughout the day, the oatmeal raisin regular are good too because they have more fiber, but you do have to have only 6 per day instead of 9. Each has it's own benefits.

The Cinnamon Oatmeal are my favorites. I travel for my work and have always had to eat out 5 days a week... and let me tell you that was hard to not gain weight. In Jan of 13, I started eating the cookies at the referral of a co-worker and since then I have lost over 90 pounds!! I also love the looks I get from people when they ask how and I get to tell them it from eating cookies all day!
I only wish I had found this years ago.

The cinnamon oatmeal cookies are very tasty. I like Plan 10X because there are more cookies to snack on, resulting in better hunger control.

Every time I leave the house I take these cookies with me. I use them to help curb my appetite. They taste very good too. Just remember to drink plenty of water with them.

Cinnamon Oatmeal is probably the best of all the flavors. I Don't get sick of them. The first time i did this diet i lost 30 pounds but then got pregnant. Been on it for 2 weeks and have already lost 10 pounds. This is by far the easiest diet for me. No counting calories for every meal, just eat cookies all day and then have a low calorie nutritious meal. Can't be any easier!
