    This shake is one of my favourite flavours of the Dr. Siegals shakes I have tried. Add a few frozen strawberries in place of some of the ice for an even better taste.

    DR. SIEGAL REPLIES: As long as the small amount of sugar from the few fresh strawberries doesn't stimulate too much hunger, that's no problem. If you feel hungry, however, the strawberries will have to go.
