I have been eating Dr. Siegal’s Cookie Diet cookies for 1 week and have lost 4 lbs which is pretty good as I only need to lose about 15.4 lbs. It is a very convenient diet for me especially at work mid morning and mid afternoon when I need a coffee and a snack. I have had a couple of hungry periods but as diets go (and I have tried them all) it is the best and most effective for me so far….but it has only been one week!* lol
